PAYMENT

50% of the total charges must be deposited upon confirmation of booking / reservation. Balance must be settled one (01) week before check in date. The hotel reserves the right to release all rooms not guaranteed by payment or deposit with the time limited, unless separate written arrangement have been made between the hotel and you. Once the payment has been made, please email us of your proof of payment to admin@langkawichantique.com or contact us on +6010 558 1746.

CANCELLATION

In the event for cancellation after confirmation, the total price of the reservation will be charged (Nonrefundable). Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

EXTRA CHARGES

Children of any age are welcome. Child / infant below 6yrs are not subjected to any additional charges. Children aged 13 years and above will be considered as an extra person and is subjected to additional charges.

TAX

From September 1st 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirement, a tourist tax (TTX) of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of MYR 50 is required upon arrival. This will be collected as cash payment and will be re-imbursed upon check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. 

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not allowed inside the room. You are only permitted to smoke at the terrace area of the room.

ALCOHOL

Drinking alcohol is allowed on the property so long as you do not create unnecessary noise or nuisance on the premises.

PET POLICY

No pets are allowed on the property of Langkawi Chantique except for service animals. Please do not feed any stray animals you see on the property.

FRUITS POLICY

No durians or mangosteens are allowed in Langkawi Chantique.

DRINKING WATER POLICY

We are an eco-conscious property. We do not encourage plastic drinking water bottles. Instead we have provided a water filter dispenser at our café where you can top up at your own convenience.

RESTRICTIONS

Guests are not allowed to bring and use any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes on the premise.

POOL POLICY

Pool can only be used from the hours of 07:00am to 22:00pm. Please note there is no pool lifeguard at Langkawi Chantique. Swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 14 should not use the pool without adult supervision. Proper swimming attire is required when in the pool. We reserve the right to stop you from using our pool if you fail to comply.

DAMAGE

Guests are liable for any damage made to the allocated room(s) or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the property) during your stay. Langkawi Chantique reserves the right to charge or retain your deposit as deem fit to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Langkawi Chantique as a result of the aforesaid. ­
